Classic
QHP Classic is written for those who are pursuing a higher level of fitness and aspiring to develop their athletic ability. Use it to improve all components of fitness and become a fitter and healthier version of yourself or, if you want, compete up to the Rx division at competitions and the CrossFit Quarterfinals level. All of this comes in one session in up to 90 minutes per day.
The program will work for you, regardless of your current ability level or goals, as it includes movement progressions, video demonstrations and daily explanations on workout intentions.
Expect to touch all components of fitness every week and be challenged but still supported.
6 Training sessions per week (1 of which is "Cardio Day")
1 Full rest day per week
