Jamie Simmonds

Jamie is from Dunedin, New Zealand and has performed at the highest level in every sport she has competed in. Gymnastics was where she first developed both her athletic and coaching abilities, competing for the National team and then, at the age of 14, coaching some of the junior gymnasts.

Jamie Simmonds

In 2010, whilst at University, Jamie started running conditioning sessions for some of Otago's sports teams and then became a personal trainer in 2011. In 2014 Jamie moved to Abu Dhabi to work for a home personal training company, but started training at Vogue Fitness / Crossfit Yas. This is where she met Antony and Elliot and within a few months had joined the team to become the first female coach at Vogue.

Jamie now lives in the UK where she is training to get back to the top of her game in CrossFit as well as building QHP. Jamie is particularly interested in developing her knowledge and client base as a nutrition coach as well as writing blogs for people to learn from.
