Classic is our original and most popular program.
It is also based around the methodology that made us fall in love with training - CrossFIt.

If your goal is to compete at higher levels, to master every movement or simply love pushing your limits, this program is for you!

Classic provides the structure and support you need to constantly improve with thought out training cycles.
We have years of experience as athletes and as coaches, and have taken ourselves and others from the first day of walking into a box to the the highest level of our sport.

Everything that you complete on the program has a purpose and, although we love getting out of breath, we know the difference between simply working out and training to improve!

What to expect;

  • Warm Ups

  • Strength Cycles and Olympic lifting progressions with personalised percentages

  • Gymnastics progressions for all levels with video demonstrations

  • Conditioning or "Engine" work to improve your endurance.

  • Workouts that are constantly varied, simple and effective to meet the demands of our sport

  • Accessory Work, the stuff that the chosen few pay equal attention to and reap the rewards!

We recommend that you have experience in CrossFit to be able to maximise your results from this program and if you haven't already. we recommend starting your journey in classes at an affiliated gym.

  • The program includes multiple weight and movement options to ensure all abilities are catered for.

  • There are movement demonstration videos included in each session so you can always see exactly what you are supposed to be doing.

  • Of course! You can message our team at any time through the Fitr app. You also have access to a community group where you can connect with others on the program.

  • You will need to have access to all equipment that is usually available in a functional fitness facility. Such as a pull-up rig, rings, bars and plates, dumbbells and kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes and preferably, but not necessarily, cardio equipment such as rowers, bikes and ski ergs.

  • 60-90 minutes

  • This program is delivered through the Fitr app.

  • You will always be able to see 7 days ahead.

  • Of course. Inside the app, click on the "person" icon followed by the "my programs" tab, and from here you will be able to cancel any subscriptions you have.
