  • This program is suitable for all levels.

  • There are movement demonstration videos included in each session so you can always see exactly what you are supposed to be doing.

  • Of course! You can message our team at any time through the Fitr app. You also have access to a community group where you can connect with others on the program.

  • You need access to a bodybuilding facility with the standard equipment. If you follow the Fit Gain track you will also need access to cardio machines.

  • Each session will last up to 90 minutes.

  • This program is delivered through the Fitr app.

  • You will always be able to see 7 days ahead.

  • Of course. Inside the app, click on the "person" icon followed by the "my programs" tab, and from here you will be able to cancel any subscriptions you have.
